You can enjoy some of the delicious dishes at our à la carte restaurant. Take a seat for the extensive buffet breakfast, a light lunch or fantastic 3-course dinner. Our head chef and his kitchen staff work exclusively with fresh local ingredients. Of course, the menu changes with the season. For example, you can enjoy the wildlife that the Veluwe has to offer starting in October. A good glass of wine definitely goes with it all, too. Our staff will be happy to recommend wine pairings.
